WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
We source our products domestically and abroad (China, India and Europe). Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different manufacturers specialize in different areas merchandise. 

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer a 15 day policy on all returns or exchanges. If there are defects in the product(s) please bring this to our attention immediately! All product defects are 100% money back guaranteed, when returned within the return policy limit. So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. If there are none, email us! (refunds are less a 20% restock fee for larger items)

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Of course, the world is our oyster. We proudly ship worldwide for FREE.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time can take between 1-7 business days prior to shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1-5 weeks to arrive. Tracking is heavily dependent upon size and weight of item purchased. You can can track your order with the 'Track My Order' menu item at the bottom left corner of the home page. For specific shipping times, please email us at info@knickandknackstore.com.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of China, India and Europe so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, track your order with the 'Track My Order' menu item.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
You not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. If this does happen please email us immediately so we can work with you on a feasible solution. 

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates. If you would like to have an item expedited for any reason please leave us a note in the comment section upon check out. Additional charges will apply.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order. Upon receiving the item, if you still desire to cancel please return the item within the return policy timeline to receive a full or partial refund. 
All refunds are applied to the original form of payment only. All refunds and cancels can be subject to restock fee.
